Our Vision
We envision accurate and increased representation of BIPOC folks in the outdoors and nature-based programming that is culturally and economically inclusive. We aim to bridge the divides that exist due to historical and systemic inequities between people and the natural world, their communities, and themselves.
Through our PUENTES Nature Cohort and partner programs, we create opportunities to self-reflect, build community, and heal, while maintaining a welcoming space for processing positionality, power, and privilege in the outdoors.
